Acceptance

By using Tripsyc, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, please do not use the service.

The Service

Tripsyc is a collaborative group trip planning tool. We provide a platform for groups to coordinate dates, destinations, and budgets. We do not book travel, process payments, or guarantee trip outcomes.

Your Account

• You must provide a valid email address
• You are responsible for activity on your account
• You may not use the service for unlawful purposes

User Content

You retain ownership of content you create (trip names, destinations, etc.). By using the service, you grant us a license to store and display this content to your trip group members.

Decisions & Locks

When a date or destination is “locked” by group vote, it represents a group decision within the app. Tripsyc is not responsible for any real-world commitments, bookings, or financial obligations that may follow.

Limitation of Liability

Tripsyc is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the service, including but not limited to travel plans, missed bookings, or group disagreements.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
